The 2010 RSuite user conference by all accounts was a success. If the barometer for success was having standing room only sessions, thought provoking technical sessions, and client case studies that made several people mumur "I wish we could do that", then I think we had a successful conference.
Special thanks goes out to our clients ASTD (Anthony Allen), Wolters Kluwer (Mike Rosiak), Oxford University Press (Jess Lawson), and Upper Room Ministries (Terrie Thompson) who provided in-depth overviews of their RSuite solutions and for fielding great questions from the audience.
We also need to acknowledge Andrew Littell from the Google Books who provided a good overview of the Google Books and Editions programs. The keynote by Andrew was enlightening and provided the opportunity for the audience to ask some tough questions. The banter between Andrew and the audience was entertaining as both sides recognized that Google could only discuss the Editions program up to a point since it has not launched.

Well known industry analyst John Blossom captured some thoughts on two user conference sessions:
Thanks to everyone who attended! See you next year.
